Working with an interior designer should provide you with the following:

3. A narrowed down selection of choices that fit your lifestyle and personality. A realistic idea of how long, and how much, is involved with your project or piece. drawings, floor plans, and elevat

ions to help you see the end result, before moving forward. No matter how detailed your project is, Michele can help with specifications, proper scale and coloring, materials, and selections - from the original inspiration piece to installation day. Fees Structure. AWAKEN interiors has discovered that clients prefer a fixed design fee. After an hour-long complimentary initial appointment, we will determine the scope of the project and determine a flat rate for design. This typically includes measuring, floor plans, drawings, furniture, finish, and fixture selection, specification sheets, client working appointments, and a final presentation which brings it all together. If you want to purchase the product specified, they are available through AWAKEN interiors at designer cost, plus a percentage design fee. This fee covers order entry, procurement, and installation/delivery coordination and supervision. Your can enter into your project with confidence, knowing that your designer will work with you through all of the phases you require of her.
