Anyone else ever feel like you make things harder than necessary? I do this often and here’s a small example 🤦‍♀️ I loathe bugs + am scared of half of them… and yet I don’t like killing them either, so this makes things complicated for our house when I’d like for them to respect my boundaries and stay outside 😂 and when they don’t I also won’t use sticky traps or other means to get rid of or catch them all… it’s very conflicting + this summer has felt extra buggy 🥴🙃

So often beauty is flat or one dimensional. It easily becomes only about appearance and aesthetic. Which don’t get me wrong… can be an important aspect of beauty, but these are often the things in the eye of the beholder.

But there is also beauty in music, which can’t be seen or touched, but is heard and felt in our hearts, there is beauty in the old who have lived a life full of experiences and who once independent now realize the value of community and family in a whole new way, beauty in nature, beauty in architecture, beauty in serving the poor and advocating for those who need your voice, beauty in the small still voice that speaks to your heart.

Beauty has a richness and a depth that is often felt, more than seen or heard or touched. True beauty leaves a lasting impression on the one it impacts and it is why I think beauty can change the world.

The *sweetest* little cake for an intimate wedding! I love how used the flowers to accent their baked creation!

I love bringing beauty to important and meaningful moments through flowers and I can’t wait to meet you and hear about the vision for your wedding! Flowers make a difference in weddings – enhancing the beauty of the occasion itself.

My approach is to create a custom floral design that is personal to you, as a couple. I know as a bride, you are busy with work, life and now planning a wedding- all while trying to be present to your fiance and the life you’re building together. I’m here to help you think through the overall desired look and feel of your wedding day.

I have had the honor of working with brides to help create their dream vision and have enjoyed getting to know and work with those I have met along the way.
