I was raised to love antiques and great Old "Junk". My grandparents were antique collectors and, looking back, pioneers of re-purposing. They owned the Buy, Sell and Trade shop and passed down their love of refinishing and finding new homes for old treasures. I restored my first piece of true "junk" when I was 14. It was a dilapidated, horse drawn sleigh. (minus the horses) It had horse-hair seat

s, beautiful metal work and a sound structure. I loved every minute of that restore. Many, years later, Flash forward to fUNKY jUNK by Kathy. I'm still collecting, restoring and reviving old jUNK and loving every minute!!!!
