Calling all my pumpkin spice lovers!!

And where are all my lactose intolerant homies?!

This is the perfect recipe for you! These delicious pumpkin spice waffles are super rich and decadent, yet easy on your tummy because they are made with Meyenberg !

I swapped out the traditional cows dairy ingredients for goat’s milk and when I tell you these were delicious!!

The whole family devoured these in record time!

Did you know goats milk is:
• Easier to Digest than Cow Milk
• Less Processed than plant-based milks
• No added oils like plant-based milks
• Naturally high in protein and potassium
• Great for cooking, baking and richer flavors
• Creamy and delicious

Recipe 6-8 mini waffles
1-1/2 cup Belgian Waffle Mix
2/3 cup Meyenberg
1/3-1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
3 Tbsp melted Meyenberg butter
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
1/2-1 tsp vanilla

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1Tbsp Meyenberg
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of sea salt

Whisk ingredients together and add to a waffle iron.
Cook until done, drizzle on the glaze and top with you favorite toppings 💜

My renter friendly diy panel wall is still my all time favorite project!

It was my first very involved diy in this apartment and it empowered me to know that I can actually “do” and not just design!

It also looks good with every version of my dining space!

Was I delusional getting a white rug for my living area?
And I have a dog!

Absolutely not! I’m still in love with my rug and it’s holding up well!

Tips for choosing a “white” rug:
1. Stay away from a true solid
2. Look for slight variations in tones and/or texture
3. Look for light or white rugs with a pattern cutting through in a contrasting color.
4. Consider a washable option
