A couple cool k-bars came through with a Japanese Gyuto. The Takamura only needed a light touch up and the kbars required some heavy bevel setting but they all left sharp.

Couple nice Global chefs came in for edge sharpening. Lowered the edge bevel and gave them both a ripping chosera 800 edge followed by a bit of a strop on 1 micron Gunny Juice on leather. If you need sharp knives for the summer send me a DM or book via website www.SliceHouston.com
