A call was received from a potential client requiring an estimate for flood damage in their basement, which was caused by their outdated boiler. During the estimation process, the client expressed dissatisfaction with their previous contractor, plumber, and electrician. I took the time to comfort the homeowners and address their concerns. We replaced the old oil burner with a Weil McLain 148k boiler, complete with new controls, an expansion tank, and an Aqua Plus Series 2 80-gallon hot water storage tank. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the results.
