Instructions for Ordering Your Quilt:
1. Choose your shirts - either 9 or 12
2. Choose a color for the borders and back. Color Options: Black, Gold, Forest Green, Harley Orange, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Red, White. Call us if you want a different color!
3. Bring or send the shirts to:

If you want to bring the shirts to us, call first (617-436-5848) to make sure that we will be there for you.
4. Include the order form. Link below!

5. Include payment: either cash, check, or credit card
information.
We will create a beautiful quilt from your shirts and call you to come and pick it up when it is ready.
Shipping back to you is an extra charge.
