Today was overwhelming in the best way possible. 🥹💛 Our last meet & greet of the season was one I’ll never forget! We’re taking the holiday season off, but I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out and showed so much love and support. Some of y’all traveled 2+ hours just to say hi, and it did not go unnoticed. 💕 Me and my GRANager Miller 💕 appreciate every single one of you more than you know. Hopefully next time it won’t be a meet & greet - it’ll be a book signing! 📖✨ A huge thank-you to McDonald’s for showing us so much love. Never in my life did I think there’d be a Mamaw Gail Meal at McDonald’s - even if it was just for a day! 🍟 This was the perfect way to wrap up our meet & greet tour - our seventh one! Each has been such a blessing. Hearing your stories and seeing all the little ones who help in the kitchen fills my heart every single time. ❤️ Jeane Caudill My cookbook is coming soon… and I can’t wait to see y’all again!

My Aunt Callie’s Gingerbread 🎄 Ingredients: • 5 lb. bag self-rising flour • 3 cups granulated sugar • 2 cups buttermilk • 2 eggs • 5 tsp. ground ginger • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon • ¾ cup oil Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center. 3. Add sugar, buttermilk, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, and oil to the well. 4. Mix with your hands, working in the flour until the dough is like sugar cookie dough (you may not need all the flour). 5. Pinch off pieces of dough, shape them into ovals, and place on a greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown. Broil briefly if needed. 7. Serve and enjoy! I remember standing by my mom, my Mamaw, and my Aunt Callie as they made this, and they’d always give me a little pinch of the dough - it was so yummy. ❤️ Making it today brought back so many sweet memories. My house is almost decorated for Christmas, and I can’t wait to show y’all when it’s done. Aunt Callie’s gingerbread is just the start of the recipes and traditions I can’t wait to share. 🎄✨

My Peanut Butter & Syrup Sandwich 🥜🍯 Ingredients • Peanut butter • Syrup • Bread Instructions 1. Add a spoonful of peanut butter to a small bowl. 2. Pour in a little syrup. 3. Stir until well combined. The more you stir, the thicker and creamier the mixture will become. 4. Once it reaches your desired consistency, spread it onto a slice of bread. 5. Add as much filling as you’d like, then top with another slice of bread. 6. Slice and enjoy! This is a simple, old-fashioned sandwich that’s quick, easy, and made with just three ingredients. My family loves these alongside a bowl of vegetable soup, but it’s also great as a snack when you’re craving something sweet and filling. No measuring required - just mix it up to your taste! 🩷🥜🍯🍞

My Easy Butterscotch Pie 🥧 Ingredients: • 1 frozen pie shell • 2 (3.5 oz) boxes Jell-O Cook & Serve Butterscotch Pudding & Pie Filling • 2 egg yolks • 12 oz can evaporated milk (must total 2 cups — top off with water if needed) • ½ cup water • 1 tub Cool Whip (half for filling, half for topping) Instructions: 1. Bake the pie shell according to the box instructions and let it cool. 2. In a skillet, pour in both boxes of pudding mix. 3. Add the 2 egg yolks directly into the skillet and beat them into the dry mix. 4. Add the evaporated milk (plus water if needed to reach 2 cups total) and the extra ½ cup of water. 5. Stir very well until all lumps are gone. 6. Turn the burner to medium heat and cook while stirring constantly. It takes about 10 minutes to thicken. Keep stirring so it doesn’t scorch or clump. 7. Once thick, remove from heat and let it cool completely, stirring occasionally. (Quick tip: Set the skillet in a sink of cold water to speed up cooling — just don’t let water get inside.) 8. When the filling is fully cooled, stir in half a tub of Cool Whip until smooth. 9. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust. 10. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. 11. Chill in the fridge for a few hours until set.
