WATERGATE SALAD! If you’re looking for a last minute side dish, or dessert for your Easter dinner, I’ve got you covered.

Ingredients
1 3.4 ounce package pistachio pudding
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
1 8 ounce container Cool Whip
Directions
In large bowl, stir together pineapple and pudding mix until well blended. Add marshmallows and pecans and stir. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
