Turns out “grand reopening by June 6th” was a bold vision. The Dover Bouquet Walk is today, we’re a stop on the route, and I have a to-do list the length of a small novel. But I opened anyway.

Come check out the progress and the bags under my eyes from the all-nighters, grab a plant, get your flower with your purchases, and witness firsthand what “work in progress” looks like as a business strategy. The punch list is long but there’s no shortage of pride and love for Potter’s new home. 💚

They say don’t forget your roots, and I never will. 🌱

Fourth Street was where the dream started, where I met all of you, and where I learned how to grow. It’s incredibly bittersweet to see it empty, but I’m so ready for my beautiful new planter on Third Street.

See you this Saturday June 6th at 10:00 AM for my official reopening!

The Potter’s Plantmobile made one final run to Third Street today, reuniting the last of the plants in their new home.

In between: three successful parallel parks with a U-Haul. Between downpours. Not once. Three times.

Huge thanks to the incredible humans who showed up and helped move AN. ENTIRE. STORE. 🤗

Now it’s just the small stuff… and by small stuff I mean approximately 4,000 small things. 🤤

Attended an event today catered by . I think there were at least 3.5 acres of the most incredible charcuterie spread I’ve ever seen. And the pairings? SO thoughtfully grouped to deliver the ultimate taste experience. Just WOW.

It’s 2:37 AM and my coffee tastes like drywall dust. I’ve misplaced my hammer four times. It’s fine. I’m fine.

But we’re doing it! Potter’s Green & Gift officially reopens at our brand new home (6 Third Street, downtown Dover) this Saturday, June 6th. Please bring caffeine. Or a pillow.

P.S. If you see me wandering around downtown before Saturday looking for my favorite hammer, please just gently point me back toward Third Street.

FREE! Several pieces of live edge slabs torn out of a former cafe. Various lengths just shy of 3” thick. Great for your rustic project. Must take it all. PM me to set up a time to pick it up before it goes into the dumpster! First come first serve. Did I mention FREE?!
