🥗🍔 Potluck Favorites — Easy Recipes Everyone Loves! 😍
These crowd-pleasing dishes are perfect for BBQs, family gatherings, potlucks, or weeknight dinners. From creamy salads to cheesy casseroles and sliders — they’re all homemade, delicious, and sure to disappear fast!
1️⃣ Classic Coleslaw
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups mayonnaise
• ¼ cup milk
• 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 Tbsp white sugar
• 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 chopped green onions
• 1 (10 oz) bag coleslaw mix
• 1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions:
Whisk together mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar, parsley, and green onions. Toss with coleslaw mix and carrots. Chill before serving.
2️⃣ Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients:
• 4 cups dry egg noodles, cooked
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1 cup diced green pepper
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 14 oz can diced Italian-style tomatoes
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ½ cup frozen peas and carrots
• ¼ cup frozen corn
• 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
Instructions:
Brown beef with onion, pepper, and garlic. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and veggies. Mix with cooked noodles and half the cheese. Top with remaining cheese and bake until bubbly.
3️⃣ Macaroni Salad
Dressing:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Salad:
• 12 oz elbow macaroni
• ½ cup diced red bell pepper
• ½ cup sliced celery
• ⅓ cup diced red onion
• ¼ cup finely shredded carrot
• 1 large hard-boiled egg, chopped
Instructions:
Cook pasta, drain, and rinse. Mix dressing ingredients. Toss pasta with veggies and egg, then coat with dressing. Chill before serving.
4️⃣ Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
• 16 oz rotini pasta, cooked, drained & rinsed
• 2 cups diced dill pickles (reserve juice)
• 1½ cups cubed cheddar or Colby Jack
• 1–2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 Tbsp dried dill
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp dried parsley
• 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
Instructions:
Mix mayo, sour cream, dried dill, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and pickle juice. Toss with cooked pasta, pickles, cheese, and fresh dill. Chill before serving.
5️⃣ Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef, crumbled
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp dried onion flakes
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
• ½ cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1–2 packages Hawaiian rolls
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
• ½ cup salted butter, melted
• 1–2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook beef with garlic and seasonings. Stir in cream cheese, BBQ sauce, and mustard. Layer on Hawaiian rolls with cheese and bacon. Top with butter and sesame seeds. Bake until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
