I’ve written & then accidentally deleted this caption 3 times 🤦‍♀️ so…quick before my kids hit a button:

Two lovely, sweet & delicious coffee ☕️ fabric lines are here! & released these lines right around the same time. Wowza! Are they both pretty & project inspiring in their own right.

Come take a look & see how they may work for an apron, coffee mug mat, and more…

Then go visit our neighbor down the street for an actual cup ☕️ or 🫖!

Feeling extremely grateful to hear this news!

One Old Loon Quilt Shop in Two Harbors, Quilt Corner Beaver Bay Minnesota and 47 Degrees North - Quilt Shop & Heavy Duty Window Treatments in Lutsen have been close in our thoughts - especially this previous All MN Shop Hop weekend.

Business access to us & fellow businesses on our block are open. Please follow road construction 🚧 signage & be safe. There is typically available parking on 18th Ave W or on the next block of W Superior St (to the west of us).

You can travel to us from 1st St, W Superior St (traveling from west to east), or Lower Michigan Street.

TThe Garfield/W Superior St 🚦Stoplight is closed off so please travel these alternate routes.

We will be attending weekly construction meetings while the West Superior St project is underway & will share details or resources as we have them.

Accessible access for all capabilities is currently being addressed with the city and we should have new handicap accessible options forthcoming.

Thanks for all the support and love during a uncertain time for a small business 💚 we are all in this together, right?!? 🫶

Special shoutout to the amazing local guild’s & volunteers coming together to put on the Threads Festival Spring Luncheon yesterday with

Mae Colburn stole the show with her guest lecture about her wool skirt project (with MN roots in Roseville & Duluth)💃💃💃

I was lucky enough to win the cute table centerpiece to take home. (Handmade clothesline& 4 miniature wool skirts). 🥰

It has promptly been confiscated by the as a spiderweb 🕸️ and perfect Barbie/doll clothes 👗! 🤣

✨✨✨Pondering on this today, as the daughter of a mother/daughter shop….I am just so dang grateful for the creativity and “craftiness” of northern MN. To see various fiber arts, quilting, rug making, garment mending, etc all being passed down 💙💙💙 it just gives me hope that the youngerish generation is showing enough interest, we aren’t going to lose all this crafting legacy. It’s being actively passed on and I’m so immensely grateful to be a witness and a small part of it through ✨✨✨
