This is the Baltimore Orioles hand-painted crab shell ornament. It's perfect for gifting a friend, relative, or yourself just because!
Each shell is primed with gesso to make it a little less fragile during the painting process(it's still fragile, so please handle with care!), and then finished with a gloss clear coat after painting to help prevent scratching the paint off.
I also hot glue a looped piece of twine to the back for hanging purposes (not shown in the picture).
All shells are individually hand-painted, so there will be some differences between each one.

This is the Maryland flag hand-painted crab shell ornament. It's perfect for gifting a friend, relative, or yourself just because!
Each shell is primed with gesso to make it a little less fragile during the painting process(it's still fragile, so please handle with care!), and then finished with a gloss clear coat after painting to help prevent scratching the paint off.
I also hot glue a looped piece of twine to the back for hanging purposes (not shown in the picture).
All shells are individually hand-painted, so there will be some differences between each one.

This is the Old Bay hand-painted crab shell ornament! It's perfect for gifting a friend, relative, or yourself just because! Each shell has a little bit of MD crab spices mod podged onto it for a fun extra touch.

Hi All!
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Julie, and I hand paint crab shells!
I grew up with a passion for drawing and painting, which somehow turned into me creating custom crab shell ornaments as Christmas and birthday gifts for friends and family throughout the past few years. Recently, I’ve decided to expand on that and post them online as well as attend local craft shows with my shells and other art pieces.
