A client, turned friend, is selling her Condo. I'm sharing her link to help her out and show the colors and design decisions I helped her with. I can't take credit for the furnishings; she did a great job with that.

OFFBEAT GREEN, yes, but I 💚💛💚 this color. I can see it as sophisticated & confident without being stuffy…it has some warmth. I’m thinking nice for an Entry Door statement color, a bourbon bar or cigar lounge.
I know it’s not for everyone; otherwise it would not be the Loneliest Color 2026.

This cottage in St Petersburg is getting ready for some TLC. From ho-hum brownish to some charming colors. Time to narrow down the choices. I’m creating 3 color scheme options then sending them off to the owner. I wonder what she will pick! What would you pick (main color, trim, door) I’m psyched to see this finished. it’s a pleasure working with SeaVue Painting, Clearwater FL

I need to purge…why is this so difficult? My mom would be telling me that I’m a pack rat…if I could, I’d tell her that it takes one to know one. # - Northport Veterans Day 4K XC
