🌟 Exciting News, Friends! 🌟
For those who may not know, we’ve taken a huge leap forward! We’ve purchased a spacious 9,000 sq. ft. building right in downtown– way bigger than our current rental! 🎉
🎨✨ I’m thrilled to share that just under 5,000 sq. ft. will be dedicated to my new studio space and art school! We’re in the thick of the building phase, and guess what?! Our plans have been completed by the architect and will be sent to the city on Monday ! 🚀
In the heart of our main room, we’re creating a dream cottage! 💖 We've decided to keep the magic of the Doll Maker’s Cottage alive under our rebranding to Laurie Sullivan Roy Fine Art Dolls from L.R. design Studios
This quaint 15x17 ft. cottage will be the soul of our creation process. Here, I’ll sculpt and paint our beautiful dolls, mixing functionality with a cozy vibe! We’re repurposing antique windows and other salvaged treasures to make it feel uniquely inviting. 🪄🌈
Picture this: a charming white cottage adorned with pink trim and a matching pink roof, complete with a beautiful stone chimney! ❤️✨ We’re even toying with the idea of a little porch for gatherings!
I’m so excited for the adventures ahead as we host classes, parties, and community events in this lovely space. Can’t wait to welcome everyone to the new Doll Maker's Cottage! 🏡💕
