✨ A Day of Creativity & Possibility ✨

We had the pleasure of welcoming students from the TRIO Program at NC State University as they brought a group of high school students from Goldsboro, NC for a hands-on experience at our candle studio.

Students learned the art and science of candle making — from selecting fragrances to pouring wax — while exploring creativity, entrepreneurship, and the possibilities that come with turning an idea into a product.

Moments like this remind us how powerful exposure and opportunity can be. By introducing young minds to creative business experiences, we hope to spark curiosity, confidence, and inspiration for their future paths.

As we close out Black History Month and step into March — Women’s History Month — we pause with gratitude and vision.

For us, honoring history also means preparing for legacy.

Going into our 5th year, The Raw Edition Candle Co. took a step back… not to stop, but to recalibrate and re-up for the next five years ahead. We’ve been intentional about refining our purpose, protecting our creativity, and continuing to pour into what we love — just a little more mobile, a little more focused, and a lot more aligned.

Growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like clarity. Sometimes it looks like patience. Sometimes it looks like staying the course.
