GROWERS CHOICE-what does it mean?

Pretty much everything I grow comes right from my home garden. I hand select what I am growing every year. Most of it, I enjoy myself, not just what is trendy. Because I grow on such a small scale, bouquets are made by what is in season and at its peak bloom. The garden decides when and what flowers are ready.

When you buy flowers from me, you know exactly where and who they come from. And I thank you to everyone who supports this mama’s floral dreams 🌱🌱

🌱August🌱 is for the flowers!! The zinnias and dahlias are poppin and the garden is fully awake and bursting with life. This is my favorite time of year and it never lasts long enough.

Golden Hour glamour shots of the sweet peas last night ☀️

It’s going to be HOT this week here in Duvall. Remember to water your sweet peas extra long this week. Water at the base so the long roots get hydrated. These beauties get extra thirsty during heat waves.

The KING is back. King’s Ransom is worth the hype. Rich, red and blush tones fade as the blossom ages making it truly unique. I planted extra seed this year, hoping to have lots to share! 🌱🌱

Sweet Pea “Blue Shift”

I snipped a few of these from the garden to bring inside and enjoy and I couldn’t help but do a little photo shoot. Each bloom looks unique and changes colors as it ages. It also changes shades depending on the light. Truly incredible.

I grew these right next to Prince of Orange last year and I think they cross pollinated in the best way.
