⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Online Scam Warning & Business Clarification

We want to alert our valued community and the public about an active online shopping scam that is currently using a name very similar to ours.

Several consumers have recently reached out to us regarding unfulfilled or fraudulent orders. Please be advised of the following:

No Affiliation: Our business, North Pole Crafting Company, is entirely unrelated to the website NorthPole Crafts or the email address [email protected].

The Scam Operation: It has come to our attention that an overseas fraudulent operation has been running social media ads pretending to sell handcrafted lamps, but is actually shipping cheap, mass-produced plastic items (or nothing at all).

If you have placed an order with "NorthPole Crafts" or "TheMikesLamps":
You have unfortunately purchased from a fraudulent third-party site, not us. We strongly advise you to contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the charges as fraud and initiate a chargeback.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us keep our community safe from bad actors.
