It’s a 12 week journey that uses the book the Artist’s Way as the path,

our intuition as the compass 🧭

and nature as the beautiful terrain that grounds us. 🌳.

It’s not just for mamas caring for children with epilepsy… It’s for every woman who is carrying too much.

Happy Birthday to my ‘baby girl’. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful she is, but I won’t.

I’ll just say that she lights up my ❤️. And that I love every second of watching her navigate the world with grace, kindness and beauty.

Sometimes I’m just so amazed that I had a part in helping to create such an amazing human being.
