What started as a young man learning the business alongside family turned into a decade of growth, loyalty, leadership, and hard work.

Over the years, we’ve watched Alec grow not only in his career, but as a person — and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

In a world where people move on quickly, 10 years means something. It represents trust, commitment, perseverance, and the kind of relationships that truly build a company from the inside out.
