Gansett Guest is featured in all four Hey Rhody Magazines this month!

This project was everything I love about full-service design. A family with a clear vision — a space for all ages, built to last, rooted in the place they love most. “Let your surroundings guide you.” It’s a principle that shaped every decision in this room.

If you’re planning a renovation or new build and want to hand it off to someone who will see it through from first sketch to final styling — that’s exactly what we do.

Thank you to and editor for this beautiful feature. Photography , styling .

My background isn't what people expect.

Before House of Winsor, I spent my career in the non-profit world — making grants in public art, communications for a private school, and fundraising for a hospital. I worked with people doing meaningful things and learned how to tell their stories.

What I always had alongside that: a mother who was a designer and antique dealer, a childhood spent helping her, and a genuine love of how spaces are made. In my teens you'd find me in the art studio. Later, studying art history in Boston and London. As an adult, when my husband and I tackled several large renovation projects — our own homes and those of people close to us — it became clear this was the work I was meant to do.

We've lived in East Greenwich for years, and I've spent every summer of my life in Narragansett. These are the communities I design for — and the ones I know best.

I opened House of Winsor in October 2022. The non-profit years didn't disappear — they shaped how I listen, how I communicate, and how seriously I take the trust clients place in me.

If you're thinking about an interior design project in Rhode Island, I'd love to hear about it. Link in bio.

The brief for Tanglewood started with two rooms that weren't working — a neglected three-season room and a playroom the kids had left behind for the basement playroom.

We converted the three-season room into a home office with vaulted ceilings, nickel-gap paneling color-washed in deep blue, and a wall of new windows looking out to the backyard. The playroom became a proper living room: a rebuilt fireplace, classic millwork, and furnishings that mix old and new — an antique loveseat, velvet chairs with traditional piping, a reupholstered sofa.

Two rooms found again. One home that finally fits the people living in it.

After years of raising their family in this East Greenwich home, the owners waited until the house grew quiet to renovate the kitchen. It felt like the right moment for something that would fit the life ahead — not the one behind.

The furniture-style island brings warmth and character. The green tile backsplash adds depth without overwhelming. Custom drapery in a Scalamandre fabric gives the room a distinct point of view. Everything chosen with two people cooking together in mind, and long-term resale in mind too.

More from this project to come.

This beach house was originally built in 1916 and our clients had outgrown the original, cramped layout. The renovation and addition touched nearly every room — opening the great room, reimagining the bedrooms, and introducing a palette that brings the coastline indoors without being too literal.

Our clients live out of state, so from the day the builder began, we were their eyes on the ground, handling every design decision along the way. Months later, they walked into a finished home. Nothing left to do. Nothing left to choose.

That's what full-service design actually looks like.

Introducing Behind the Design — a new series where we pull back the curtain on the projects that mean the most to us.

First up: Our Gansett Guest project! This 640 sq. ft. bonus room over a garage in Narragansett was designed for a family that wanted one thing — a place where everyone could gather, sleep over, and make memories together. From a custom ping pong table by local makers Edge and End Studio, to a window bed built for grandchildren’s sleepovers, every detail had a purpose.

We’re sharing the full story on the blog — the process, the challenges, and the design choices that made this space so special. It even caught the eye of Boston Globe Magazine’s Style Watch along the way.

A glimpse of something new in East Greenwich.

This kitchen was thoughtfully reimagined for a couple entering their next chapter at home. We focused on improving flow for cooking together while layering in warmth, color, and timeless materials.

More to come from this recent renovation.

Our clients don’t spend weekends hopping between showrooms or filling online carts.

Instead, they hand off the process entirely and trust us to bring them the best selections.

We get to know our clients deeply and then design each space with comfort, scale, and longevity in mind. Then we manage sourcing, ordering, tracking, delivery, and installation so the home comes together effortlessly.

No second guessing.
No returns.
No unfinished rooms lingering for years.

Just a home that feels complete the moment you walk in.
