AFTER THE STORM

There is an unparalleled beauty to the East End coastline, perhaps even more so in the quiet that follows a storm.

After the Nor’easter, water, sky and shoreline seemed to become one. Reflections shifted, edges disappeared, and the landscape created its own fleeting patterns.

It is this constant movement of water that endlessly inspires our Suminagashi (ink floating), drifting and changing, capturing a moment that can never quite be repeated.

SWEET RETURN.

Our Mexican Cinnamon Chocolate Skulls are back in stock, with a new color joining the collection.

Hand-sculpted from award-winning chocolate and fragrant with Ceylon cinnamon, each set is tucked inside a handwoven palm leaf basket, now available in three vibrant colorways: Teal, Magenta + new Pumpkin.

Rooted in the tradition of calaveritas and Día de los Mu***os, these little works of edible art can be enjoyed as chocolate, melted into a warming cup of Mexican hot chocolate, or given as a beautifully distinctive seasonal gift.

SAG HARBOR, WE’RE COMING.
Join us this weekend at Sag Harbor HarborFest, where we’ll be bringing Suminagashi Springs to Marine Park for two days by the harbor.
We’ll be previewing pieces from our new SECOND SUMMER collection—including Gathered Impressions, new botanical notecards, and work inspired by the shifting palette of late summer.
And because we love creating something especially for the places we visit, we’ll also be bringing our newest paper-cut silhouette of the Sag Harbor Windmill—made by hand in our East Hampton studio.
A few familiar favorites will be coming along, too.
