The Redner house is coming back onto the rental market hopefully the end of the first week in August, and we are working hard to get ready for our Aug. 5th Open House. We have given it a FULL makeover with many new upgrades: New garage door; fresh paint throughout (went this time with light gray walls and white trim); all new ceiling lights; master bedroom has a new flat ceiling (formerly a drop ceiling); bathroom remodeled; professionally refinished hardwood floors in living room and front two bedrooms; new laminate flooring in kitchen, hallway, master bedroom; new interior doors; new bathroom and kitchen faucets; new dishwasher and kitchen countertop; and new ceiling fans in Sunroom. This house has always been extremely popular, and just wait until you see it now! Pictures soon to follow. Look for it on Zillow, Hotpads, and Trulia. (Note: We never list it on Craigslist! This morning Wright Way Tree Co. removed the dying tree that sat on the property line of our Redner house and the neighbor who split the cost with us. As each small branch was cut, the guys on the ground pushed them into the wood chipper, and later the bigger chunks were picked up with a claw and hauled away in the big truck. One hour and 45 minutes later, all that remained was the stump in last picture. I didn't stay for the stump grinding as they had to send out another truck with the equipment to do it, but none of us have to worry anymore about high winds bringing more branches down on our tenants' vehicles in the driveway. This company did an excellent job!

I got the new Seaway garage door painted today the color of the trim like before, and Rob replaced a badly torn up interior door and repaired some chewed up trim tenant's dog did. The joys of being a landlord. 😉

Our Redner rental got new patio double French doors installed today to replace the old slider. Will post a picture soon.

Finally got a picture of Seaway's new garage door. If the new tenants were not in quarantine, we would be painting it this weekend taking advantage of above normal temperatures.
