I had the opportunity to tour the Hampton’s Designer Show House in Southampton. It was incredible and so inspiring. Great job to all the talented designers. I loved seeing all the different design perspectives and layouts some very “Hampton’s” some very modern and everything in between. I also loved supporting a great cause proceeds go to Southampton Hospital. That’s the hospital where I had my two babies.

We had a pool installed this summer! After lots of dirt, mess and decisions it’s finally done. I couldn’t be happier. I love sitting on our covered porch and watching our kids play. It’s so great when good design creates a fun, functional and beautiful space.

Did you know that a well designed Airbnb can get 20% more in rental income? This is an inspiration board for a short term rental home in Raleigh North Carolina. Having a neutral palate with accent colors that exist in every room create a cohesive design. I would love to stay in a home with these southern green and blue accents. What do you think?

Pantone color of the year for 2023 is Viva Magenta it is described as a color with natural vigor. What do you think ? We will be seeing it in fashion, accessories, bedding etc. I personally love it, I find its bright welcoming and fun. It will look great with neutrals and beautiful with navy and green. Cheers to a fun and exciting 2023!!

Take a look at my kitchen !!
We renovated it last year. So I absolutely know how my clients feel facing a large renovation . Exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed I get it…but trust me it’s worth it. I felt the same. For me function came first. Good space planing was key. My home is 1600 square feet and I plan on using every inch of it. After the practical was out out the way, I focused on all the special little details. That’s what truly makes it special. I love my appliances, window, lighting and all the wood touches. What’s the favorite part of you kitchen ?

I love this time of year !! I love seeing friends and family. Spending time together celebrating the holidays. There is nothing better than having all the decorations up and really enjoying the magic of Christmas! Today I was able to help a wonderful client and friend Kristina decorate for Christmas.
