We had the incredible opportunity to visit GRAFF’s world-class factory in Poland and experience the craftsmanship behind the products we proudly feature in our showrooms. From forging and machining to polishing, plating and final assembly, we saw firsthand the remarkable precision and care that goes into every faucet. It was an inspiring look at how thoughtful design, innovation and skilled craftsmanship come together to create something exceptional.

Beyond the factory, we spent a few unforgettable days exploring the history and culture of Old Town Kraków which made the trip even more meaningful. We returned to the US with a deeper appreciation for the people, process and passion behind every beautifully designed piece.
