What i mean by the cheapest price is the guy that is half the price of all the others quotes you recieve. Make sure you get 3 quotes always minimum.

Like I said make sure you hire qualified people to work on your homes and businesses. Especially beware of the guy with the cheapest price because they are leaving out stuff.

i had to rip all of that out where the grout is wet the shower curb and everything and start over like surgery on a shower poor guys stuff leaking all over in a brand new shower.

Here is a shower pan repair another faulty job fix by me. Grout was still wet.

The really cheap price means your doing it twice. Because what did the guy leave out that the other guy was going to include in the job.

All i have been doing lately is fixing other contractors screw ups. Be very careful who you hire to do anything these days. Many of these guys that call themselves contractors are not qualified to do the job.
