My daughter Emily Grace is a large part of the inspiration behind growing and selling fresh cut flowers. Emily is nonverbal autistic and sees the world in a completely different way. She has a love of simple things in life like blowing dandelion seeds in the air and watching them magically float away. She is truly a beautiful soul and anyone who hasn't met her is missing out on experiencing Emily'

s love for the simple things in life. She enjoys picking dandelions not just for the cool floating seeds, but because yellow is her favorite color. She has a yellow garden filled with sunflowers, rudbeckia, and zinnias that is completely for her. Within it I hope to be able to teach her to say yellow by introducing an abundance of yellow flowers. I hope to be able to teach her many different words through the introduction of flowers. Her beauty, uniqueness and love of life is what the world needs more of.
