This room has us more than ready for fall. 🍂

Cool air coming through the windows, a fire going, and nowhere to be but right here. There’s something about the mix of natural stone, warm wood, rich plaid, and layers of collected furniture that instantly transports us to our favorite time of year.

This is exactly what we love about a home that feels collected over time. Cozy, timeless, and made for actually living in.

And if this is your kind of cozy, you can bring the look home. Shop furniture and furnishings from The Lookout Project on Heritage House through the link in our bio. 🤎

The right seating can completely change a room. 🤎

Bar stools and dining chairs are some of the hardest-working pieces in your home, so we believe they should be just as beautiful as they are comfortable.

Think warm woods, beautiful upholstery, timeless silhouettes, and performance fabrics that can actually handle everyday life. The pieces that make morning coffee at the island, family dinners, and hosting friends feel a little more special.

Whether you’re finishing your kitchen island or finally finding the dining chairs that pull the whole room together, we’ve curated pieces designed to be lived in and loved for years.

The coffee table that makes the whole room feel finished. 🤎

The Basilio Coffee Table is one of those pieces that doesn’t need to try too hard to make a statement. Its oversized scale, visible wood grain, natural knots, and clean lines give it that collected, lived-in look we love.

It’s substantial enough to anchor a large living room, but simple enough to work alongside layered textures, vintage pieces, and all the things that make a home feel like yours.

Available in light oak or black.

For the home that shouldn’t look like everything was bought at once. 🤎

The Reagan Butcher Table is made using antique frames and reclaimed wood, which means no two are exactly alike. The variations, imperfections, and character are exactly what make each one special.

With three drawers and a beautifully aged look, it brings that collected-over-time feeling we love into a kitchen, dining room, entry, or anywhere that needs a little old-world character.

Because sometimes the piece that makes a room is the one that looks like it already has a story to tell.

The secret to making a room feel instantly more alive..

And this one happens to be a Kelsey Leigh Design Co. favorite.

We love adding greenery to our spaces because it brings height, movement, and an organic layer that can completely change the way a room feels. Our Potted Maple Tree gives you that beautiful, natural look without worrying about watering, sunlight, or keeping a real tree alive indoors. 😉

It’s a piece we love using to bring that finishing layer to a room and one you can move throughout your home season after season.

Sometimes the finishing touch isn’t another piece of furniture. It’s the layer that makes the whole room come to life.

And if you’ve been waiting for a reason to make it yours, this is it.

Some pieces don’t need to compete for attention. They quietly become the favorite.
