Easy Homemade Apple Fritters 😍
Ingredients
For the Fritters:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup chopped apple
Oil for frying
For the Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk and egg. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped apple.
Heat the Oil:

In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium heat to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the Fritters:

Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry the fritters in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Fry for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Prepare the Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Glaze the Fritters:

While the fritters are still warm, dip each one into the glaze, ensuring they are well coated. Place the glazed fritters on a wire rack to allow the glaze to set.
Serve:

Serve the apple fritters warm and enjoy!
Enjoy your delicious Easy Homemade Apple Fritters!
