Now introducing our director of weddings and events, Jamie!

“My name is Jamie Lea Power and I have been in the floral industry for over 25 years, and here at T&CG as the Director of Events for 15 years. I absolutely love everything about my job, however the one thing that stands out is all of the amazing couples I have been so fortunate to collaborate with. My clients are my favorite! When I'm not at work, I am having the best time being a momma to my two amazing kiddos, Evelynne and Isaac. We love spending time at the zoo and the park (well...really anything outside), watching Disney movies (Little Mermaid and Beauty & The Beast are my favorites) and playing board games and doing puzzles. I am truly blessed to have found my forever career that also happens to be something I am incredibly passionate about. My favorite flower you ask...I love all flowers but I absolutely adore peonies!”

“Hi! My name is Cait, I am a Wedding and Event Sales Consultant here at Town & Country Gardens. I love getting to be a small part of a client's special day. From meeting with a couple for the first time, to bringing the flowers to them on their day and seeing their face light up or get teary-eyed seeing their flowers. Being able to see their reaction to something you created is one of the best feelings in the world. Every couple is unique and I love getting to work with each and every one of them.
When I am not at the office or out servicing a wedding, I love spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs or spending time outdoors.
If I had to pick a favorite flower, it would be ranunculus and sweet pea.”

Now introducing our next wonderful wedding coordinator, Monika!

“Hello, my name is Monika Bucon and I’ve been with T&CG for almost 2 years now. You usually see me running around crazy while setting up the weddings with gorgeous flowers!
What I like the most about my job is seeing all the designs coming to life as well as the people that I work with. My favorite things to set up are definitely the table centerpieces with different bouquets, flowers, and candles. Seeing them all come together is so beautiful.
Outside my work I enjoy reading books and taking long walks with my dog.
My favorite flower hands down are peonies and water lilies.”

“Hello! My name is Emma Schuth and I am on the wedding team! I have worked at tcg since May 2022. I am 17 years old and I attend high school at Aurora Central Catholic!
My favorite part of my job is being able to express my creativity, while working in a very fun, positive environment.💕
I love setting up complex and unique arches, they always turn out very beautiful!
Outside of work, I play high school and club volleyball! I also enjoy sewing and hand embroidery, which allows me to express myself creatively.
My favorite flowers are definitely pink roses🌹”

“Hi, my name is Mikayla Torres. I have been at Town and Country for almost two years now, but I have been in the wedding industry for 5 years total. I am a floral coordinator so you will see me around delivering and setting up your weddings and events!

The thing I love most about my job is seeing each individual style and vision come to life at the venue!
Seeing all the beautiful flowers it’s hard to pick a favorite but my top three are peonies, ranunculus, and anemones. When I’m not working I love spending time with my family, trying new foods, and exploring the city.”
