You’ve got to love a big comfy club chair. This chair by Rowe was designed to be soft and cushy and we kept it that way. The customer knew what she wanted and making any changes to how this chair sat was not happening. I’m ok with that but I tried😜. This was covered in a green performance Crypton fabric and is ready for many more years of happiness.

Look at this beautiful antique sofa! After scouring many photos of antique and vintage sofas this customer wanted to change the look a little. She chose a single cushion for the seat and opted for French natural nailheads instead of double cord. Paired with a heavy blue velvet, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Every year cushions pile up around the shop. They usually start coming in around February but at the first hint of warm weather you can be assured that I have one or 2 stacks waiting to be finished. Here are some of the ones completed and delivered over the past few weeks. I still have 2 sets waiting in the wings.

It’s always a good feeling when the customer sends you a picture of your finished work and lets you know how much they are enjoying it.

I decided to pull out the laser on this one to make sure I got everything straight. The customer also requested additional padding on the inside back so I added a soft piece of 3” foam. This made a huge difference in how the sofa sat and for a shorter customer he can now sit comfortably against the back. 2 custom cushions with tassle trim finished the look.

When the vinyl begins to peel, it’s time to reupholster. This living room set was showing some wear and tear in the vinyl and the color wasn’t doing any justice to room. This light blue Crypton fabric will look amazing with the freshly painted walls in this room. 12 complementary throw pillows finished the look and the side char was covered in this same fabric.

Here’s another set of dining room chairs and bench that we finished last week. The original vinyl was beginning to crack and make a mess around the table so it was time for a change.
