Personalized baby nursery sign for a newly arrived bundle of joy 👶🏻🍼

We don’t have a lot of newborns in our neighborhood. When we heard a friend was expecting, we jumped at the chance to make a sign for her nursery! We collaborated with her to match her design aesthetic, blending natural wood tones and textures with clean, modern acrylic. We are obsessed with how it turned out! (Little baby Deuce wasn’t terribly impressed, but at least his bedroom will be cute!)

Materials: Oak, beech, mdf, acrylic

Size: 22” x 1.5”

Lightweaver logo and text is from Coppermind. Prologue text from Way of Kings.

Bookends are birch and white oak, stained with Rubio TruBlack precolor.

Personalized ornaments, from locally harvested coastal cypress 🌲🎄

Slicing into these logs was such a treat - the resin made our whole shop smell like a high mountain forest, and the aroma lingered even after the oil finish had sweet.

Materials: Cypress, walnut in the lid and base, padauk splines

Lovely setting of wedding gifts heading for a newlywed couple! 👰🏼🤵🏼‍♂️🥳

We wanted to try something new this time around, and boy the laser was putting in hard work!
Customized lasered acrylic art featuring the Temple (with a figured frame that is just insaaaane. That stuff could have been a topographic map for all its curves and lines!), a sweet “Our First Xmas” ornament just in time for the holidays, and the couple’s first personalized board, in acacia!

Custom wall art featuring the orders of the Knights Radiant from the Stormlight Archive 🗡️💨🌬️

If you’re a fan of or the , you’ll probably recognize this image of the Knights Radiant. I wanted to try layering different types of wood and acrylic to match the original artwork from the books, and also include glyphs for each surge. I love how the supersized cherry frame just pops!

And of course we had to tuck some hidden LEDs in there, because everything looks cooler with Stormlight in it. 😎

When the church group asks if we could do trophies for their Halloweeen chili cook off, we were excited to step up! 🎃🧑🏼‍🍳

These all natural cedar planks make lovely soooky decor on one side, and lasered up so cute and clean on the other. So of course we had to do a whole range of them for their pie bake off, trunk or treat, and costume contest!

I love how sapele majofany glows when polished up right! And the rattle pieces are from locally miles olive trees right here in California. 🥰

We knew this young man from our church and were soooo excited to hear he was getting married! We loved designing a custom serving tray for him and his husband, even matching his wedding announcement fonts with the lasered front panel. Cheers to the happy couple! 🎉🎉🌈👨‍❤️‍👨

Emergency wedding gift! 😩The bride and groom had ordered a guest signature plank online from someone else and it got delayed, so we jumped in to make sure they had a lovely day. 👰🤵💍

Carved and lasered in the morning, drove it to the wedding that same afternoon!
