Can’t sleep? You’re not alone! Below is a short list of ways that help fall asleep faster:
1. Think positive
2. Hide your clock
3. Get up and do something for 10 minutes
4. Cool your room
5. Wear socks to bed
6. Take a warm shower before bed
7. Try to force yourself to stay awake
8. Immerse your face in very cold water for 30 seconds
9. Focus on relaxing images, not counting sheep
10. Eat dinner by candlelight
11. Listen to music
12. Practice progressive relaxation
13. Practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique
14. Read
15. Stretch
16. Exercise
