Our brownies are done!

I would rate them a 8/10 for this go around. The smell, texture and size were perfect. What I don’t like about this batch was I used to dark of a chocolate. They were a perfect mix of cakey and fudgey, and ewwwyyy gooey. As they are right now though they would be great with a scoop of ice cream and some Saunders Hot Fudge!

I can’t wait to try them again with a different chocolate bar.

We just feed our starter to be ready to start a inclusion load tonight. Before we start we have a question for y’all. We can’t decide on what type or flavor to make!

I made butter for the very first time today! Asked Doug to be my guinea pig taste tester. He took a chunk and was like well, it taste like…. butter. So I guess I did good on it😂

Simple in a hurry weekend breakfast the kids will love!

Sheetpan Pancakes
Preheat oven to 425
Layer sheetpan with parchment paper or spray sheet pan with nonstick spray

Mix 2 cups of pancake mix, 1 cup of milk, teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 eggs together in a medium bowl.

Pour onto pan.

Slice up your toppings
4-5 strawberries
1 bananas
1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Layer toppings on mixture in sheet pan, do not mix.

Bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on top 🙂
