s is my passion. Design should be fun with a space that represents you and makes you smile when you walk into the room. A lot of people have an idea of what they want their space to look like, but get a little overwhelmed with how to put it all together, or just simply have no idea. That is what I am here for :) I will take your ideas and the pressure of of you and help you turn your space into a place you will love! No matter what your budget, I can work something out with you. Anything can be altered to your needs, so please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions! One Day Makeover: 3hrs.minimum for $150, $40 an hour after that for extra time or shopping needs. You like what you have, but just need help putting everything together to create a nice, cohesive space that makes sense. You can show me what you have and what you do and don't want in the space, tell me how you want to use the space, and how you want it to feel and give me ideas of how you would like it to look. I will then get to work on furniture placement, staging of objects, and anything that needs to be hung (we can discuss if I need to have someone to do this, or any other handy work :) ). I can also give advice on color changes and any other accents pieces that would complete the space. If you would like me to shop for additional items $40 an hour, or anything i purchase online it is 20% up-charge( I do not charge by the hour when purchasing online)
The next few plans can be done separately or as a Package and done at your own pace. Style/Color Consultation: $50 (1 hour)
I will assess the space and bring paint decks for color options
you will need to have an idea of what you would like to see in the space with visuals, such as Pinterest and magazine pictures. I will also have a questionnaire for you to answer to get a sense of your style and needs, as well as a budget and time frame you would like to work with. Paint choices and furniture placements can be made if you do not want to continue with a new design plan. Design Plan: $250
I will take my information I received from our consultation to develop a design plan to fit your needs and wants. I will do this by creating a mood board of colors, fabrics, style choices, accessories,etc. ( I like to give at least 2 design options)
I will include prices of the accessories and where to find them. You may choose to purchase items yourself, or I could finish out the design for you by purchasing items ($40 an hour for shopping and any time I spend working on your space, and 20% up-charge on anything I purchase online(I do not charge by the hour when purchasing online). Completing the Space: $400 (this may change depending on the size of the space)
I will bring a small crew in to finish the space from the floor up. We will hang pictures, arrange all items, and make everything look amazing. All you have to do is enjoy your finished space when it is complete! Home Staging- 2 hours minimum $100
To help sell your house faster I will use existing furniture and accessories to style and place furniture to make it more appealing to buyers. I can also make paint recommendations if needed. Organizing: $40 an hour (2 hour minimum)
I will clean and organize any room of the house to make it more functional whether it be a closet or home office. I can make storage recommendations (if you would like me to shop for storage, it is $40 an hour)
I will take of any trash or charity donations, so you can just enjoy the newly organized space.
