Another picking haul!! Summer's in full swing and so are the pickings, and always a hodgepodge of goodies ... rescued from the landfill.

A few things are keepers ... The floral placemats got cleaned and are perfect settings for our table this summer. I always keep any cookbooks, although my husband always says I have too many already, however I read them like some folks read harlequin romance novels. And, the Maine-weathered life preserver is already hanging on my she-shed.

The remaining goodies are now cleaned and headed to my inventory garage, and some day (maybe soon), they will get listed in my eBay store.

Despite the usual seasonal-summer slow-down in eBay sales, something is always headed to a new home on a daily basis. So, I am thankful. And even though I am adding to my inventory shelves with my picking hauls, my inventory shelves are gradually whittling down, which is good progress toward my 2-year goal to whittle down from two storage garages to just onešŸ˜†.

Summer is in full swing, time flies whether you want it to or not, and June's end is soon approaching. I have been sooooo enjoying spending time in my perennial garden and fixing up old rock walls here at home that I seemed to have forgotten to share TIOLI pickings since my last post.

In my efforts to continue to downsize my inventory of vintage, antiques, uniques, secondhand and pre-loved items, I vowed not to do any buying (although I do believe I cheated once) throughout this summer, however it would take an army to hold me back from picking!

Besides gardening and hauling rocks, I am enjoying having a few private sales in my storage garages, loading and unloading a hodge podge in my eBay store, and sending a few large items into FBMP.

This is certainly the time of the year that I wish would slow down, don't you agree?

So, I hope YOUR summer is a sprinkle of happiness. And ... I would like to give a big hug to those who support my small business and downsizing efforts. THANK YOU~THANK YOU, Julie!!

Insta-colors are in this runway stroll highlighting my recent eBay store additions. It is still drabby outside, so I have been seeking pops of color when I am out and about sourcing these recent weeks.

Is it too early for offering some St Paddy's Day fun? Here's an "Instakilt" bath towel that doubles as a fun kilt wrap ... "Slainte!"

And, who remembers using "Scott Paper Company" placemats? The graphics on the front and back of its packaging is out of the 1960's. A new-in-package "Fremware" plastic snack tray set is a popular collection from the 1970's.

Back to the 1960's, this selection of "Lemon Federalist Ironstone" plates is brilliant, like my daffodils that will soon show their blooms, aside one of Rachael Ray's more modern signature platters.

I am also attracted to unique clear glass items, like this MCM-era Anchor Hocking chip and dip platter and the "Bodum Bistro" coffee mug tree set from the 1970's.

And, I threw in a big ceramic pear and a few smalls, just for fun. These runways are keeping me on-course to adding new listings to my eBay store daily. I have had some excellent sales recently, and I'm over-due to get out sourcing.
