Don’t worry—we take quality control VERY seriously around here.

So seriously, in fact, that Opie has apparently appointed himself **Assistant Quality Control.** 🐶🐾😂

It’s a little quieter around Brown's today, but the phones are ringing, work is getting done, and we're enjoying one of those cozy rainy Maine days.

Before stainless steel took over our kitchens, appliances weren't afraid to make a STATEMENT.

When you see one of our delivery trucks pull into your driveway, you're seeing the final step of a process that started long before that truck left Brown’s.

Appliances are received, checked, matched to the right order, prepped, carefully loaded and secured—and then they’re finally headed your way. 🚚

And behind every one of those steps are real people working hard to make sure things are done the right way.

Sometimes that even means breaking out the flashlight and giving things an extra close inspection. 🔦😂
