How about a sneak peak for The Market Shops this weekend! 👀

Class & Sass Bakeshop has officially joined the gluten-free gang! 🎉

Some of you asked, and I’ve been busy testing! I’m excited to bring a few gluten-free options to the table:

🍂 Pumpkin Bars — $10
🍂 Spice Cake — $10
🍂 Banana Bread Half Loaves — $15

I’m a small hometown baker with a tiny kitchen and a big dream, and being able to offer something for more of you means so much to me. 🤎

These treats are made with gluten-free ingredients, but they are not certified gluten-free. They’re prepared in my shared kitchen where wheat flour is also used, so cross-contact is possible.

Find us at The Market at the Stride Event Center this Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 AM–5 PM!

Come out, say hello, and see what Class & Sass has to offer. There’s a little more room at our dessert table now! 🍰

The taste test turned into me just standing there eating banana bread. 😂🍌 And you can hear Mema in the background agreeing with me!

I tested gluten-free banana bread and gluten-free pumpkin bars, and that banana bread had me going back for another bite! If I hadn’t baked it myself, I wouldn’t have guessed it was gluten free. So, so good! 🙌

Class & Sass will have some gluten-free options this Saturday, October 24, at The Market! Come see us at the Stride Event Center from 10–5 and grab a little something sweet. 💕

Our full-size 9×13 tres leches are available to preorder with 24 hours’ notice—perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or sharing something sweet!

🥛 Traditional Tres Leches — $65
Our made-from-scratch cake soaked in a three-milk mixture and finished with whipped topping and dusted with cinnamon. Compote add-ons available upon request!

🍫 NEW Chocolate Milk Tres Leches — $65
Our delicious tres leches with chocolate sauce added to the three-milk soak, topped with light chocolate whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa, and dark chocolate shavings.

🎃 SEASONAL Pumpkin Pie Tres Leches — $75
Tres leches layered with homemade pumpkin pie custard and whipped topping. Comes with shortbread cookies to crumble on top for that perfect finishing touch!

Pumpkin Pie Tres Leches—$12 each or 2 for $20!

Who needs a little pumpkin pie goodness this week? 🎃

Pumpkin season will be gone before we know it 😮‍💨

Our made-from-scratch cake is soaked in our three-milk mixture, layered with creamy homemade pumpkin pie custard, and finished with a light whipped topping. You get that moist, milky tres leches you love with cozy pumpkin pie flavor in every bite!

Each one comes with shortbread cookie pieces on the side to sprinkle over the top when you’re ready to dig in. Don’t skip those—they bring the whole dessert together! 😋

📍 Pickup in Enid: Thursday, October 15, between 6–7 pm.

Did someone say CHOCOLATE MILK TRES LECHES!?! 🍫🥛

My son Landon requested this one, and let me tell you… he was on to something! 😍

It’s still the delicious tres leches cake you love, but with a little chocolate love added to the three-milk soak. Then comes a light chocolate whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa, and dark chocolate shavings. Every bite is milky, moist, and full of chocolate goodness!

This was a family request, but I think Landon might have earned this one a spot on the Class & Sass menu after pumpkin pie tres leches season wraps up. 😉
