✨ Transformation Tuesday: A Fresh Kitchen Look That’s Anything but Ordinary! ✨
Have you ever wondered how to give your kitchen a fresh, updated look without choosing something that will feel outdated in just a few years?
Take a look at this beautiful kitchen backsplash in a home in Lititz, PA! The white picket tile brings a little something extra to the kitchen. Its unique shape adds dimension, texture, and visual interest while keeping the clean, classic look of white tile that never seems to go out of style.
🤔 Why consider picket tile for your next project?
✔️ Classic color, interesting shape: White keeps the look bright and versatile, while the picket pattern adds personality.
✔️ Dimension without overwhelming the room: The shape creates a subtle pattern that can make a backsplash stand out without competing with your countertops or cabinets.
✔️ A style with staying power: Pairing a timeless color with an interesting tile shape is a great way to update your kitchen while keeping the overall look comfortable and inviting.
Of course, beautiful tile is only part of the equation. At Nolt’s Floor Covering, we believe the quality of the product matters just as much as the quality of the installation. Careful layout, clean lines, and attention to detail help turn a good-looking tile into a finished project you'll enjoy for years to come.

🏡 Transformation Tuesday: Why does the classic 3x6 subway tile never seem to go out of style?
Take a look at this beautiful kitchen backsplash in a Lancaster, PA home. There’s something about a classic white 3x6 subway tile that continues to work year after year, style after style.
Maybe that’s the secret.
It’s simple enough to complement almost any kitchen design, but the clean lines and timeless pattern still add plenty of character. Whether your home leans traditional, farmhouse, transitional, or modern, a white subway tile backsplash can provide that finishing touch without becoming the feature you get tired of looking at.
And sometimes, the details matter more than we realize.
Consistent spacing. Clean cuts around outlets and corners. Straight grout lines. Thoughtful layout. Proper installation.
At Nolt’s Floor Covering, we believe a beautiful finished project starts with quality products and quality installation, but it also takes attention to the little details that can make the difference between a good-looking project and one that looks right.
For over 25 years, Nolt’s has been a local, family, Christian-owned and operated flooring and tile retail store and installer. We work with homeowners as well as business owners, providing and installing:
• Residential flooring and tile

• Large commercial flooring and tile
We’re also humbled by the trust our customers have placed in us. Between our Ephrata and Myerstown locations, we have more than 195 Google reviews from customers who have taken the time to share their experiences.
So, what makes a tile choice timeless? Is it the color? The shape? The pattern? Or simply choosing something you’ll still love years from now?
Sometimes, the classics really are classics for a reason.

🍂 TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: There’s something about soft carpet on a cool fall morning.
Have you ever stepped out of bed on a chilly October morning and appreciated the warmth and softness of carpet under your feet?
That simple feeling is one of the reasons carpet continues to be such a great choice for bedrooms. It can add warmth, comfort and a quieter, more inviting feel to a space especially as the mornings get cooler here in Pennsylvania.
For this Bird-in-Hand, PA bedroom, our team helped create that cozy feeling with new carpet that looks beautiful while also giving the room a comfortable place to start and end the day.
At Nolt’s Floor Covering, we believe the finished floor is about more than just how it looks. The product matters. The installation matters. And the details matter.
We take the time to help customers understand their options, from carpet and hardwood to luxury vinyl, laminate, tile and more. Then our installation team works carefully to make sure the finished project looks the way it should.
And while this Transformation Tuesday features a bedroom, our work goes far beyond residential homes. We sell and install flooring and tile for:

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: Is your basement ready for the big game?
There’s something special about having a basement that goes from an overlooked space to the place everyone wants to gather.
That’s exactly what happened with this beautifully transformed basement in Lititz, PA.
The right flooring can completely change how a space feels but there’s more to choosing flooring for an entertainment room than simply finding something that looks good.
🤔 What should you think about?
• How much traffic will the room get?
• Will food and drinks be part of the gathering?
• Do you need something easy to clean and maintain?
• How will the flooring work with the rest of the room?
• And perhaps most importantly how well will the product and installation hold up over time?
At Nolt’s Floor Covering, we believe those questions are worth asking before you ever choose a flooring product.
We’re passionate about pairing quality products with quality installation, while paying attention to the details that can make a finished project look and perform so much better.
As a local, family, Christian-owned and operated flooring and tile retailer and installer, we’ve been serving our neighbors for over 25 years.
And we’re grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us, reflected in over 195 Google reviews between our two locations.
But here’s something you may not know…
We don’t just do residential flooring.
Nolt’s sells and installs all types of residential flooring and tile, Main Street commercial flooring, and large commercial flooring and tile projects.
From a basement entertainment room in Lititz to a commercial project across Lancaster or Lebanon County, we’re interested in understanding what you’re trying to accomplish and helping you find the right flooring solution.

What happens when quality flooring, thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and attention to the little details all come together?
You get a transformation like this. 👀
We were honored to work with Inch by Inch Construction, Inc. on this beautifully transformed home in Myerstown, PA, providing and installing a combination of hardwood, LVT, and carpet throughout the home.
