Flooring Tip of the Week: Don’t Ignore the Subfloor
Before new flooring goes down, the surface underneath it needs to be solid, level, and in good condition.
Soft spots, uneven areas, moisture damage, or loose subflooring can all affect how your new floor looks and performs over time.
That’s why we take the time to inspect the existing floor and address any issues before installation begins.
A little extra preparation up front can help prevent much bigger problems later.
Thinking about new flooring? We’re happy to take a look and help you understand what your project may need.
