In Annisquam, this new oceanfront home's rear deck is thoughtfully designed on two levels to maximize views and gathering spaces. The elevated upper deck serves as the primary dining area, offering unobstructed water views, while the lower deck provides additional outdoor living space without impacting sightlines from the main interior.
