One of my very first class instructors told us "you can love your work, but never fall in love with it...." there's so many things that can wrong by the time it finally gets finished!! There are times when I break that rule-this mug might be one of those times!! Waiting for it to dry so I can bisque it and then glaze it! This clay body turns dark chocolate brown when fired...I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing...😳

I do love this textured roller!! And I do love this dark chocolate clay....but I'm not sure how I'm going to get them to work together!! It will be fun to see what happens. I see 39 degrees in the forecast very, very soon 😬 so it's getting very close to time to put everything away...

I'll be dropping them off tomorrow afternoon at the stand in Blaine Lucky Sky Sanctuary - I will also be in Bellingham Thursday if you want to do a meet up .
