Happy belated New Year!

2025bis supposedly ythe year of transformation.

2024 was enough transformation for me..

I want 2025 to be the year where I finally learn to grow where I am planted.

Already off to a decent start in my new position with Frank Webb Home....

Finally embracing the fact that I am most likely spending my last chapter in the beautiful state of New Hampshire.

Finishing up projects with courses I started during COVID but are needing to be finished including an interior design AND art course.

Taking a kitchen and bath course so I become stronger in this new field. .

And finally getting my health in check so I can move forward and complete all these tasks.

2025...Grow where I am planted....

It took us a while to come up with a name for the upcoming show but like an angel, the name magically appeared..."Kindred Spirits" a perfect name in honor of those spirits who will be with us during the month of November.

One of my "Kindred Spirits" was my amazing grandmother, Josephine. She gave so much to others, she really was an angel on earth. She earned her wings!

She always tried to help her grandkids cultivate their passion. Mine obviously was art. She taught me about the wonderful artists from the Monadnock region where she grew up in New Hampshire. One artist I fell in love with was Abbott Henderson Thayer. He involved his love for the Monadnock Mountains with his angel series, including the one shown in this post.

Mr. Thayer, Maxwell Parrish, and Robert Frost inspired me to not only create but to love this beautiful part of the country. Thayer was not related to my family but his angels were a part of it. It is believed the model for this Angel was a distance cousin of Gram's and Great Grammy Thayer and Aunt Martha Beauleau.

It is a tribute to my past and passion for Angels and Monadnock that I created, "Ode to Thayer" ....

I hope you get a chance to see this tribute in November at Lane House Art Center in Hampton on Lafayette Road.

Thank you Mr. Thayer and your beautiful angels.

Over the past few days, I have felt a shift in my thoughts, my ideals and questioning everything in life...As an empath, I am experiencing some unease from weather, to relationships, to fina ces.

I signed up for this short course to see if I can make changes in my home environment to put me more at peace in my heart and soul. Feng shut is not religion. It is actually an ancient practice which invo.ves physics and changing an environment to make one feel more comfortable in certain aspects of life.
