I came across this 2026 Nap Lab survey about what Americans actually wear to bed... and some of these answers surprised me!

Apparently:
👕 60% sleep in a t-shirt
🩳 56% go with underwear bottoms
🧦 20% wear SOCKS to bed (this one starts debates 😅)
…and 9% said “nothing at all” like they’re starring in a sleep documentary narrated by Morgan Freeman 🌙

Meanwhile only 22% are out here wearing matching pajama sets like a Hallmark movie couple. Respect. 👏
