The reason I do phone estimates first.

1. Can you really afford new flooring?

2.phone estimates eliminate customers that are just thinking of new flooring.

3. In home estimates cost me money/time if you’re not comfortable paying the price that was estimated over phone why would I want to waste our time stopping by.

The customers that are comfortable with the phone estimate, turn into sales 90% of the time.

Some customers do not care one bit about your time/ gas money.
