The Pink Pom-Pom Project

The Pink Pom-Pom Project Come learn and make something for people in need! When her daughters insisted that in needed a Pink Pom-Pom 'for flair' they made one and sewed it on.

The Pink Pom-Pom Project is a movement that grew out of one woman's need for a warm wooly hat during the early winter months in London. Having just started her Chemotherapy treatments, and with the knowledge that her hair was soon to go, she set off to knit herself a hat to stay warm. Now it has become a symbol of support, survival and strength not only for her but for the countless women who have received all sorts of hats with all different sizes of Pom-Pom's through the PPPP
