Woke up with a headache this morning, took a Covid test, it’s not clear but I think it’s positive! I’m going to get a different brand out and do it again!

I will be closed until next Tuesday. Sorry for any inconvenience. And I hope I didn’t expose anyone in the shop yesterday

We are starting a knit along this week. This lovely cowl has twists, and German short rows. It’s a little technical to begin, but once you tackle them you will enjoy making it. We have some beautiful alpaca yarn to use. It only takes one hank and would make a gorgeous Christmas gift. Stop out to join us this week and get started!

The shop will be closed tomorrow and possibly Wednesday. I was selected for jury duty. The judges says we should be done tomorrow, but who knows. I’ve been summoned many times, but this was the first time I had to appear.
If you are thinking of coming out Wednesday, call first to make sure I’m here.

We are in awe of all of the volunteer finishers who have signed up from all over the world to help finish projects for grieving strangers (2300 and growing). Projects are rolling in at a steady rate, but not as quickly as finishers. Most finishers will be waiting a little bit for projects that match their geography, skillsets, and druthers.

If you'd like to shorten the wait, the best way to do so is to share our flyer with your local yarn and fabric stores, libraries, senior centers, and places of worship. Our 2-sided PFD flyer is available on our homepage.
