Did a little organization project for a good friend today. Nothing fancy just organize things into more categories so it’s easier to find. She wanted things to flow better. Tucking away things that aren’t being used often and also unpacking things that were in boxes and putting into bins she had already.

Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile!! Been working on some other things and trying to navigate it all.

I still love to organize and decorate and have been doing so around the house for now.

Decorating!!

One of my other favorite things to do is decorate!

I like using colors that make a room feel more peaceful, soothing and cozy.

I’m also big fan on bringing in greenery so real or fake plants. I have both in my home.

Here’s a little corner in my dinning room that I’ve decorated. I used more rustic, farmhouse decor here but I like all sorts of styles of decor.

I mean who doesn’t love to decorate? If you don’t I can help 😉

Tiny Closet Organization!!

Since I live in an 100 year old home there isn't much closet space. So I try and make do. My closet kept becoming disorganized so I needed to change that. I purchased all the bins and plastic dresser from Target and it was very affordable. Now I can smile when I open my closet!😄

Basement organization project with a client!

Using things she mostly had to organize, rearranging things so that it flowed better for her and pitching or donating items helped to create more space.

Making it easier to find things in the end and making this space in the basement more functional to use.

Basements ICK! I know we all probably feel this way about our basement.

Well I kept saying ick every time I would look at these shelves in the basement. So something needed to be done. I was tired of the cleaning bottles falling over, things were just all over the place.

So here are the before and after pictures.

I’m really digging the black shiny labels with the metallic writing. Finally figuring the whole Cricut maker out.

More organization projects over the weekend.

These cupboards are not very big and shaped weird so things kept getting disorganized. So categorizing things, using clear bins and labels will hopefully keep things more organized and easy to find.

Sunday fun day organizing project!

This is my beauty cabinet. As you can see in the first picture it’s a little disorganized.

First step is to pitch anything expired or find a different home for the things I’m not using daily.

I decided to go with clear bins to be able to see everything.

Debated on labeling the bins since they are clear. In the end I decided I wanted some pretty labels. Again this is a personal choice. Not everything has to be labeled.

Plus I am still experimenting with the different labels I can create on the Cricut maker.
