For the last year my friends have been renovating a beautiful home they purchased in northern CT and collecting vintage finds to fill it with. Today my job was to come in and place the furniture, layout the art, and send home items that would not be used. Needless to say, they have a lot of work to do. And in the meantime, I will anxiously wait to return!

We finally hit it October. My favorite month of the year. The cinnamon flavors, the warm colors, the comfort foods, the pumpkin scents, the crisp morning weather . Oh so good! Like the combination in this family room. Burl wood, chinoserie ottomans, vintage plates, blue and white lamps, bright colors and soft textures. Oh so good!
