Thrift With Purpose aims to keep products out of landfills and give well made items of the past a second life. Hi, I’m Rachel—the heart behind Thrift With Purpose, a little antique booth in a corner of Rural Missouri where vintage treasures get a second life. I started this page out of a love for vintage, cottage-core, and a desire to buy more intentionally—choosing pieces that don’t support slave labor and don’t add to the growing culture of waste. My husband and I are missionaries to Haiti, and every sale I make helps support our family as we serve, turning everyday thrifting into something eternal. When I am not working behind the scenes for the mission, or oversees, you can find me at home caring for our almost two year old, and online language tutoring. I believe in slow mornings, good coffee, and surrounding ourselves with things that carry history, beauty, and meaning. I have this absolutely gorgeous vintage trip around the world quilt! 🌼💙

It’s hand-sewn from the 60’s. Beautiful white, blue, and yellow floral prints. Queen sized with matching pillow cases. Freshly laundered. In almost perfect condition (there is one minor tear that seems to have been fixed with fabric glue) Not noticeable at all unless you look for it.

I was planning to display it to my booth in the spring. But… my husband and I are in need of extra funds for flights for our mission trip to Haiti in December. So I thought I would post it on here now.

Asking $160 for it and I can meet up in Farmington. 100% of the profit will go towards our plane tickets! ✈️ 🇭🇹 ❤️
